WHOLESALE Terms & Conditions

About Our Unique Wholesale Options;
Due to the unique & handmade nature of our products we do not have a consistent wholesale price list set up nor are all of our products available wholesale. When we get a request for certain product/s to be available wholesale we arrange with the designer/s the current available wholesale quantities & prices for said product/s.
We then notify the requester of prices and if agreed, these prices & quantities are then enabled for access for registered wholesale members when logged in.

Payment
Payment can be made with any of the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card & Bankcard. Please read Delivery & Payment section for more information.

Minimum Order
Innovative Fashions Total Minimum Order amount is AUD $120.00. Please Note; Wholesale products have a minimum purchase number per designer, which differs depending on individual designer. Innovative Fashions will only honour orders that abide to these minimums.

Jess Viscarde Designs – 5 Product Minimum

Resinate – 10 Product Minimum

Laszlo Designs – 5 Product Minimum

Freight
All orders within Australia unless stated otherwise are shipped via Australia Post E-parcel system. Please read Delivery & Payment section for more information.

All orders outside Australia unless stated otherwise are shipped via ECI (Express Courier International) with Australia Post.
Orders from other countries will require additional freight charges. Innovative Fashions will find the best rates possible and the cost of shipping will be cleared with the customer, prior to shipping. Please ensure buyer is aware of own countries import tax, as this cost is the responsibility of the buyer.

All pricing listed on this web site in AUD dollars.

Availability of Product
Most of our items are not stocked in-house. We will advise you once order has been placed the made to order time frame according to the relevant designer & size of order. Please allow at least 1-3 weeks.

Delivery
After your order has been received by Innovative Fashions from designer(s). You will receive an e-mail confirming your order along with your shipping information along with the tracking numbers.

Merchandise Returns
All merchandise returns must have an authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the package returned for the package to be accepted. The number must be obtained by calling Innovative at +61395962311 or contact us.

How to become an Innovative Fashions Wholesale Member

Step One: Sign up online
To become a wholesale member simply sign up online as a registered customer. In the signup for membership level section, ensure your select Wholesale.

Step Two: Send us an Email
Ensure you include; Business Name, Address, Business Registration Number, Contact Name & Telephone Number. For fast & easy verification, please supply a copy of your Business Name Registers details. This is a must for International & National Companies. Email: infoif@innovativefashions.com.au

Step Three: Send us a Fax
For fast & easy verification, please fax us a copy of your Registered Business Name Certificate to (03) 9596 2311

What next?
Once we have verified your details, we will contact you to discuss designer & wholesale price you require. And inform you that your account has been activated. This process may take a few days to set in place due to the unique nature of our designers products.

Once Activated;
Once you have logged in, you view the website with wholesale (AUD)pricing. To place an order you simply use our online shopping cart system. Please note; items have minimum order amounts for wholesale pricing to become in affect. If minimum is not ordered, retail price is charged.
