Membership.

| An Innovative Fashions member may not have more than one active membership. You can update, edit or terminate your membership account at any time. You agree to maintain accuracy at all times. As an Innovative Fashions member, you also agree to take responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your own membership account and password. |

Product Information.

| Prices of products and delivery and other charges displayed on the www.innovativefashions.com.au website are current at the time of display. These prices are subject to variation without notice. With our product descriptions and pricing we will always attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, due human error and third party vendors sometimes product descriptions or other content of the website may be inaccurate or incomplete. |

Placing and Accepting Orders.

| Once payment has been received in full www.innovativefashions.com.au is satisfied, orders will be despatched. www.innovativefashions.com..au is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by late delivery or cancellation of an order or a product. |

Cancellation of an Order.

| If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Orders that cannot be cancelled will be subject to our terms, conditions and policies relating to Returns and Exchanges. |

Delivery.
|
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. Our Delivery & Payment statement completes these Terms and Conditions.
Please inform www.innovativefashions.com.au if an order does not arrive. Only with this knowledge can we lodge enquiries using Australia Post registered Mail System. Each parcel has an unique identification number for easy tracking by us, and assists in the assurance that delivery occurs as soon as possible. This Australia Post Registered parcel system requires that a "Recipient must sign for delivery". By doing so, you agree that we have satisfied the condition where a signature has been received from the recipient, appropriate agent or proxy recipient of the order (chosen at Australia Posts discretion). This includes, but is not limited to, a hotel or office receptionist signing on receipt of delivery at the specified address. You agree that in doing so we have delivered the order within the terms of the agreement between you and us.
We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery. Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not despatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be despatched according to our discretion. |

Exchanges and Refunds.

Our Exchange & Refund statement completes these Terms and Conditions.
However, please note, this excludes the following items:
· Customised items are not returnable. Please ask any questions you may have prior to placing your order.
· All sales on Final Sale items are just that - FINAL. That is, they are not returnable.
If you return items, please keep the appropriate proof of return. Otherwise, if the returned item goes missing in transit to us, we will deem you not to have returned the item. It is also your responsibility to ensure the goods are adequately packaged to ensure that they are not damaged during return transit.
All returned products must be:
1. Unused, unopened and in original condition
2. Undamaged
3. Returned within 14 days of delivery
4. In a saleable condition upon return
Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be processed upon our receipt of goods. |

Gift Vouchers.
|
All Gift Vouchers are issued with an expiry date as indicated on the voucher itself. Once that Gift Voucher has expired, we are unable to extend the expiry date under any circumstances.
Please note: There is a difference between "Promotional Gift Vouchers" which can only be redeemed one at a time. For example, if you have two Promotional Vouchers, you must complete your purchase using one, and then begin a new purchase to use the second. Promotional gift voucher are those obtained from Innovative Fashions as part of a competition, incentive or offer. |

Internet Vendor.

| Innovative Fashions has entered into agreements with Internet Vendors to sell and promote their products. In all arrangements involving Innovative Fashions and third parties, Innovative Fashions accepts no liability of any kind in connection with the materials and practices taken to handcraft such products or services. |
