Standard & Express Delivery

This system requires a recipient’s signature on delivery or collection from post office. It also requires each parcel has a bar-code, used for easy tracking of parcels by Innovative Fashions. Both delivery methods are calculated based on weight & distance. Orders containing a number of items will be dispatched together as one package. Delivery will be cheaper than shipping the items individually. Innovative Fashions will send you a confirmation email when your item/s has been dispatched.

International AirMail with Insurance $200.00

Orders containing a number of items will be dispatched together as one package. Delivery will be cheaper than shipping the items individually.

Product Availability to Innovative Fashions

Our internet vendors are the designers & artist who create and make to order their handcrafted items, which innovativefashions.com.au website sell & promote on their behalf. Each product states its availability; this means how long the product takes to be available to us for dispatch once an order has been placed. Therefore, availability time must be added to the Standard or Express delivery time.
Selected a number of products and one of them cannot be posted until later, you have 2 choices;
1. either the entire order can be delivered together as soon as all the products are available
2. or receive the products that are available now and the remaining product once it becomes available
If you choose option 2; ensure to process two separate payments to enable extra postage costs to be charged.
We do endeavour to provide excellent delivery by aligning ourselves with reputable partners, but sometimes, despite best efforts, parcels are delayed in the delivery process. Together with our delivery partners we will strive for quick delivery.

• Improved security with CVV2 number. The CVV2 is an extra 3 digits at the far right hand side of the signature strip on the back of your VISA or MasterCard. It is separated from the card number with a space.

Gift Vouchers

However there is a minimum gift voucher purchase of AU$10.00.
In the payment section select the ‘Gift Voucher' option, enter the voucher code and we will process the payment. Purchasing any items that are greater than the value of your Gift Voucher is easy; any additional costs can be covered by using your credit card or our other payment options.
nnovative Fashions members can track the balance of any Gift Vouchers they may have in Orders History or Gift Vouchers.

You can either select the ‘Cash to collect' or ‘Mail Order’ option on the Payment page. A page will appear with the details of your order. Select ‘Submit Order’.

Please note: This $10.50 will not be included in your total amount invoiced, but must be paid at the Australia Post upon collection. This option is only available for purchases within Australia.
