Dear Valued Customers

Due to the large volumes of Christmas orders that we handle, and the made to order unique nature of our products, orders for Christmas will be accepted as late as possible in December. However we recommend you place your order prior to 10th December 2009 to avoid the disappointment of having your order arrive late.
If you are unsure as to whether your gift will arrive on time you are most welcome to phone us on 03 95962311 or send an email to infoif@innovativefashions.com.au and we'll respond straight away.
If your order will take longer than 7 days, you will contacted by phone or email. If you wish to cancel your order due to longer than expected delivery times you may do so.
During this December Innovative fashions team will be extending processing times. We will be processing orders as late as possible each day usually 7pm Melbourne time. |

Christmas/New Year Delivery Times

Orders placed during the period of 19th December 2009 to 12th January 2010 will be processed and dispatched on and after Tuesday the 12th of January 2010.
It's recommended that International orders are placed before 1st December to make it in time for Christmas.

Product Availability to Innovative Fashions

Our internet vendors are the designers & artist who create and make to order their handcrafted items, which innovativefashions.com.au website sell & promote on their behalf. Each product states its availability; this means how long the product takes to be available to us for dispatch once an order has been placed. Therefore, availability time must be added to the Standard or Express delivery time.
Selected a number of products and one of them cannot be posted until later, you have 2 choices;
1. either the entire order can be delivered together as soon as all the products are available
2. or receive the products that are available now and the remaining product once it becomes available
If you choose option 2; ensure to process two separate payments to enable extra postage costs to be charged.
We do endeavour to provide excellent delivery by aligning ourselves with reputable partners, but sometimes, despite best efforts, parcels are delayed in the delivery process. Together with our delivery partners we will strive for quick delivery. |
